Technology & Equipment

Since its foundation in 1932, the plant has continued to expand year by year as a plant for organic acids and tin compounds. In recent years, we have strengthened our chemical field in order to make the plant more multifunctional.
In addition to the field of chemistry, we are aiming to make a new leap forward by focusing on the field of food.

Technology

We have extraction technology for natural products, reaction technology from tin ingots, organic synthesis technology using various reactions, and purification technology to reduce metal values to ppb levels. We also manufacture using toxic and hazardous materials.

Facilities

Equipped with GL and SUS reaction kettles of various sizes. We are also equipped with reaction vessels designed for actual production as well as laboratory to actual production. In consideration of environmental friendliness, we also have solvent reclamation facilities and detoxification equipment.

Introduction of Analytical Equipment

We possess general analytical equipment such as GC, HPLC, UV, and IR. We also have an ICP-MS that can analyze metal values at the ppb level, which is tied to refining technology. We also have analytical instruments to measure liquid particles and particle size distribution.
