We hold our annual shareholders’ meeting on the last Friday of May each year.
The 85th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the Board of Directors Meeting were held on May 30, 2012, at THE GARDEN ORIENTAL OSAKA.
At the meeting, the following directors were elected and assumed their respective offices.

Director Yoshiyuki Haranishi (new appointment)
Director Takahiro Kawabe (new appointment, due to merger)

This year is the eleventh time that we have published our annual Kanji character for the anniversary of our company’s founding.
