Since 2016 (Heisei 28), our company has established an endowed scholarship, the Showa Kako Scholarship, through a donation to the Japan Educational Exchanges and Services (JEES) Foundation. In addition, we have an in-house scholarship repayment support provision (limited to JEES) and provide a monthly scholarship allowance of half to full amount of the repayment from the month following your month of employment to the month of your retirement.
