We are pleased to announce that as of September 14, 2020, we have been certified as a “Youth Yell Certified Company” under the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare’s Youth Yell Certification System (certification based on the Youth Employment Promotion Act).
Under this program, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare certifies small and medium-sized enterprises that actively recruit and train young people and are recognized as having excellent employment conditions, based on the Law for Employment Promotion of Youth.
We believe that this certification as a “Youth Yell Certified Company” will not only enable us to employ and train young people, but also to engage in manufacturing in a more comfortable working environment for all employees.
Showa Kako will continue to actively recruit and train young people.
