In recognition of its efforts to promote employment of older workers, including raising the retirement age to 70 in 2018, the Company has received the “Excellent Workplace Award for Employment of Older Workers” at the 2021 Awards for Employment of the Elderly and Persons with Disabilities sponsored by the Osaka Labor Bureau and the Osaka Employment Development Association. The award was presented by the Osaka Employment Development Association and the Osaka Prefectural Bureau of Employment Development.
